B) Refund Policy (Digital Product)
This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Macro GPS and related digital products (“Digital Products”) sold via Liquidmont and its authorized marketplaces (e.g., Gumroad, Payhip, and any other approved platforms).
1) Nature of Digital Products
Macro GPS is a digital product delivered electronically. Once access is granted (e.g., access code, private link, downloadable materials), the product is considered delivered.
2) 30-Day Refund Window (Conditional)
We offer a 30-day conditional refund from the date of purchase, only if all the following conditions are met:
You submit a refund request within 30 days of purchase; and
Your access code has not been activated/redeemed; and
You have not downloaded/accessed a substantial portion of the digital materials (where the platform provides this data).
If these conditions are met, we will approve the refund to the original payment method.
3) No Refunds After Activation / Use
Because Macro GPS provides digital access and can be consumed immediately, refunds are not available once:
an access code has been activated/redeemed, or
the product has been substantially accessed/downloaded, or
support has been used to set up or troubleshoot after delivery.
4) Requirements Are Buyer Responsibility
Before purchasing, you are responsible for confirming product requirements and compatibility, including (but not limited to) having the required ChatGPT access level (if applicable), a stable internet connection, and a compatible device/browser.
Refunds will not be granted for:
“I thought it was fully automated,”
“I expected guaranteed profits,”
“I didn’t have the required tools/subscription,”
“I changed my mind after receiving access.”
5) Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same Digital Product more than once, contact us within 30 days. We will refund the duplicate order if it is clearly a duplicate purchase.
6) Chargebacks & Fraud
Initiating a chargeback after receiving access may result in access being revoked and may be reported to the platform/payment processor. If you have an issue, contact us first—we’ll try to resolve it fairly and quickly.
7) How to Request a Refund

8) Platform Policies
If you purchased through a marketplace, their refund mechanics and technical controls may apply alongside this policy. Where there is a conflict, the marketplace’s policy may take precedence.
